How do I find the Standard equation of a line?

i don't get how to convert from slope int into standard. What does the A B and C stand for?

How do I find the Standard equation of a line?
Standard form is Ax + By = C.


Slope-Intercept form, y = mx + b, converted to Standard form:


mx - y = -b
