Can you please explain about the C-Visit Visa, is it just the standard Visa given to tourists coming to the UK, or is it for special purpose?

What is a C-Visit Visa?
It is a visitor's business visa, and gives a right to the person to visit trade fairs, conduct trade agreements, sign the contracts. But does not give the right to set up a business or get an employment.
For example, if a company invited someone to visit them in the UK for talks or to discuss order specification, that visitor would get a C type visa.
