Is it possible to change standard form into point slope?

Im talking about linear equations..

I was jsut wondering if there is an equation to do so, because to get from standard to slope int form there is y=-a/b+c/b, so is there an easy way for this 2?

Is it possible to change standard form into point slope?
of course.

standard form: ax + by + c =0

into point slope:

by = -ax -c

so y = -ax/b -c/b,

or y + c/b = -ax/b and the point is: (0, c/b) and the slope is: -a/b
