Is there a standard tax deductible receipt ?

I'm doing a fundraiser for a 501(c)(3) non profit and I was wondering if there's a standard receipt I could download to give to businesses that donate money or services (and where can I download it?). Or can I simply write up a form myself and fill it in when they donate?

Thank you.

Is there a standard tax deductible receipt ?
Make up your own. I send out the thank you's/receipts for a non-profit and ours reads

Dear.......

On behalf of the board and staff of xxxxxx, I thank you for your donation of $nn. The support of people like you enables us to continue to serve our community.

then a paragraph with info about the current status of the organization

Thank you for the part you play in making sure that xxxx, established in 1908, continues to serve the local community in the 21st century.

Sincerely

xxxxxxxxxxx

I hope this gives you a start.
Reply:You could just buy a basic receipt form at a stationery store. However, it would be best to have printed receipts. For someone to use it as a tax deduction, it would be better to have something more professional-looking.

If you google free online receipt form, you'll get a lot of sites to choose from.
Reply:No. Make up your own.
