NEED HELP with solubility of KClO4 and standard enthalpy of formation????

When KClO4 dissolves in water, the enthalpy of solution is 51.0 kJ/mol. The standard enthalpy of

formation of solid KClO4 is -432.8 kJ/mol.

(a) When KClO4 dissolves in water, is the dissolution endothermic or exothermic?

(b) Will the solubility of KClO4 increase or decrease as the temperature increases?

(c) Calculate the standard enthalpy of formation (kJ/mol) for aqueous KClO4.

endothermic

increases

(c) Calculate the standard enthalpy of formation (kJ/mol) for aqueous KClO4.

-432.8 kJ/mol + 51.0 kJ/mol = -381.8kJ/mol
