Can someone help remind me how to put an equation in standard form?

I Know that the formula for standard form is Ax+By=C but how do I change the following equation for slope-intercept form back to standard form.

the equation is:

y=3/2x +4

Thanks for the help!!!

Can someone help remind me how to put an equation in standard form?
y = 3/2 x + 4

-3/2x + y = 4

(multiply by -2)

3x - 2y = -8
Reply:y=3/2x +4

-3/2x + y = 4 subtract x from the right and move it to the left

-3x +2y = 8 multiply the equation by two because A, B, %26amp; C have to be whole numbers
Reply:just transpose the ff

3/2x -y +4 = 0

multiply all by 2

3x -2y + 8 = 0

that's it
