How do I write the standard equation of a line?!?

I need to write line equations using the standard form Ax+By=C. I know the Point-Slope form and Slope intercept form but I don't know how to change it into the Standard form.

How do I write the standard equation of a line?!?
Here's an example.

This is point slope form: y=2x+3

To change it to standard form, just subtract the y from both sides to get 0=2x-y+3.

Then subtract the three from both sides to get 2x-y=3, and that's your answer!
